If you use 2A charger, then you don't need to check input voltage, it is 100-240V universal. If you use 5A Fast Charger, please kindly choose correct input voltage according to your country (110V or 220V), please make sure you choose correct one, we have no warranty for any problem due to this mistake. 2. Please kindly check whether your charger is labeled as "Output Voltage: 43.8V". This is very important, high voltage charge will bring danger. If the charging indicate lamp shows red, it means during charging; if the indicate lamp shows green, it means the battery is full. Why the charging indicate lamp always show green when I charge battery? When battery has problem, what shall I do?
